The 2021 Silver Lining Chardonnay is a nod to our traditional unoaked Chardonnay from years past. This vintage is built around bright green apples on the nose, and a soft supple mid palate before a whisper quiet finish.
The 2022 Tacie's Chardonnay has a bright straw color and a complex bouquet of lemon curd, granny smith apple, melon, hazelnut and subtle oak. On the palate, it's medium-bodied, dry and balanced, with a long and refreshing finish. This wine is perfect for pairing with seafood, chicken, salads or cheese.
This elegant 2022 Reserve Chardonnay showcases the unique terroir of the Cayuga Lake region. This wine is explosively aromatic out of the glass with almost Sauvignon Blanc- like character, grapefruit, gooseberry, and a slightly herbal tinge. A fascinating wine with a long life ahead of it.
The 2022 Treleaven Dry Riesling has a nose of limes, orange peel, and not-quite-ripe peach that gives way to a surprising palate that is textural and full bodied, it almost envelopes your mouth, before returning to a key lime pie finish that sits with you as you finish the glass.
An initial nose of cereal and oats, the 2021 Reserve Riesling showcases grapefruit, peach, and an almost cotton candy or rhubarb sweetness. Handpicked from young vines at Sheldrak Point Vineyard, this lot was the finest Riesling we received all year and was set aside given the high quality potential.
The 2022 Semi-Dry Riesling has hints of yeast and reduction in the nose, limes are present but savory notes dominate. The palate has a wonderful balance of texture, weight and sugar that are intertwined so tightly it is hard to nail down a single component to compliment. This wine is neither sweet nor dry, light or heavy, powerful or delicate but dances between all of them with beguiling charm.
If Shel Silverstein and Dr. Seuss made a Riesling it would be the Wobbly Rock. The 2022 Wobbly Rock has lime notes, nectarine, floral almost pollen like aromas, and a touch of apricot as well. The palate is broader, this is a more powerful take on the style than previous vintages, full and harmonious throughout with good balance between the ripe flavors and the acid.
The 2022 Blanc Ebullient vintage has a big peach nose with sweet pea green notes, and a savory base, the palate is well balanced, bright and easy going, the mix of vintages has resulted in a softer rounder wine than years past.
Our first ever bubbly rosé! The 2021 Rosé Ebullient showcases fresh and fruity aromatics. A blend of 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Merlot; both fruits were grown by Sawmill Creek Vineyard.
Our 2022 Dry Rosé is a refreshing and elegant wine that showcases the diversity and quality of the Finger Lakes region. It is a blend of four grape varieties, each contributing its own character and complexity to the final product. The wine has a pale salmon color and aromas of strawberry, raspberry, citrus and floral notes. On the palate, it is crisp and dry, with flavors of red berries, grapefruit, rose petals and a hint of minerality.
A reflection of the vintage, this wine is lighter, brighter, and easy-drinking than its predecessor. Composed of delicate aromatics, soft fruits, a broad palate and a low tannin finish, this wine is day-to-day enjoyable.
Our 2021 Estate Grown Cabernet Franc has a nose of cherries and vanilla with a delicate and soft tannin structure. Hints of peppercorn and warm baking spices produce a long drawn out finish.
The 2021 Treleaven Merlot brings together a savory herbal side with unexpected freshness, it is akin to biting into a plum just before it was ripe, the skin crunches and snaps, the flesh still sings of the tree, the earth and the sky, still part of the plant while also on the verge of becoming something more.
The 2021 Petite Sirah is dark in color, dark in flavor, full of tannin and red fruits. This full bodied wine is one of a kind, spicy, savory, and perfect for those cold winter months.
Our fourth iteration of the Premier Red is a pretty wine. More savory and a touch herbal, this Premier Red also packs lots of fruit in its lunchbox: raspberries, black currants, and blackberries. It’s balanced on a razors edge between acid and tannin, with a long finish.
This highly unique red wine was made to test the winemaking teams creativity. Gewurztraminer serves to soften and broaden the wine while the stems serves to strengthen the finish of the wine. Co-Fermented Cabernet Franc and Gewurztraminer with the addition of stems to bring forward more structure and tannin.
The 2021 Wobbly Rock blush is bursting with sweetness and is a lovely shade of pink to go along with a palate weight as broad and refreshing as Cayuga Lake.
Composed of 100% Vidal grapes from our estate vineyard, this sweet white wine has a golden color in the glass and the palate is full of apricots and pineapple.
Our first rendition of the Premier White is 100% Vidal Blanc from our estate vineyard. This late harvest Vidal went through a freeze thaw method, which lent to beautiful aromatics, and perfumy tropical notes.
