The Merlot 2017 is a smooth, medium bodied red that is always a crowd pleaser. We source the fruit for this vintage from Zugibe Vineyards on the east side of Seneca Lake. The wine is then aged for 15 months in a combination of older and newer French, Hungarian and American oak barrels.We then blend in 25% of our Cabernet Franc to enhance the finished wine by increasing depth and structure.
