2020 Cabernet Franc
Composed of 75% Cabernet Franc, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2% Merlot, this vintage showcases a light fruit and cherry character, an earthy savory note, and a lingering finish.
Winemakers Notes: Aged for 9 months to allow the wine to knit itself together at its own pace. Fermented at low temperatures to promote fruit flavors and delicate extraction while the caps were pumped over regularly.
Food Pairing Notes: Steak au poivre, roasted pork loin with potatoes and herbs, baked brie with fresh blackberries, and roast chicken with herbes de provence.
