The 2021 Wobbly Rock blush is bursting with sweetness and is a lovely shade of pink to go along with a palate weight as broad and refreshing as Cayuga Lake. This wine’s signature combination of strawberries and cream is augmented with orange zest, passionfruit, cantaloupe, and mango to produce as charming a blush as you can find.

Composed of 78% Vidal, 19% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petite Sirah

Winemakers Note: Made from a blend of vineyards sourced throughout the Finger Lakes. In order to preserve the freshness and aromatics of this subtle blush the various components were fermented in stainless steel.
