This wine was made by cold fermenting fresh-pressed Riesling juice in stainless steel tanks. Notes of fresh fruit salad, ripe peach, papaya and mango. 3.5% Residual Sugar for a slightly sweeter finish than a traditional Dry Riesling.

Sweet meats such as pork and smoked turkey. Asian fusion and curries. Caramel, apple, peaches and cream.
