2013 Reserve Cabernet Franc
The 2013 vintage of the Reserve Cabernet Franc was an excellent growing year - a warm, dry summer leading to fully ripened fruit and a nice depth of flavor. This wine has had a chance to age and develop bringing mature characteristics of mushrooms and forest floor. With time these tannins have softened and become more approachable.

Winemaker Notes: Cabernet Franc has shown itself to be one of the premier growing reds in the Finger Lakes. Treleaven vineyards has cultivated the vines to have a clear separation between vigorous and deficient vines. Selective harvesting of these grapes has set Treleaven Cabernet Franc apart from the rest.
Food Pairings: Spinach artichoke dip stuffed mushrooms. Steak, gorgonzola pizza with balsamic reduction. Fresh herbs such as Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary and Sage. Roasted red peppers, mushrooms and eggplant.
