If Shel Silverstein and Dr. Seuss made a Riesling it would be the Wobbly Rock. The 2022 Wobbly Rock has lime notes, nectarine, floral almost pollen like aromas, and a touch of apricot as well. The palate is broader, this is a more powerful take on the style than previous vintages, full and harmonious throughout with good balance between the ripe flavors and the acid.

Our first rendition of the Premier White is 100% Vidal Blanc from our estate vineyard. This late harvest Vidal went through a freeze thaw method, which lent to beautiful aromatics, and perfumy tropical notes.
