The 2021 Dry Rosé is composed of a variety of fruits sourced throughout the Finger Lakes including Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and bit of Petit Syrah.
Our first ever bubbly rosé! The 2021 Rosé Ebullient showcases fresh and fruity aromatics. A blend of 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Merlot; both fruits were grown by Sawmill Creek Vineyard.
A reflection of the vintage, this wine is lighter, brighter, and easy-drinking than its predecessor. Composed of delicate aromatics, soft fruits, a broad palate and a low tannin finish, this wine is day-to-day enjoyable.
Our 2020 Cabernet Franc is surprisingly delicate given the heat of the year. It shows a light fruit and cherry character, an earthy savory note, and a lingering finish.
The 2020 Merlot has a very clean & pure fruit nose that recalls raspberry jam. It is lighter bodied and more delicate than the Cabernet Franc and the Meritage. Tannins are minimal, with the acidity of the wine at the forefront.
The 2020 Meritage is a reflection of the vintage, it is full bodied and opulent in a way we can achieve only in excellent years. That said there is a touch of earthiness on the nose and good acid holding it all together, the tannins are silky and unobtrusive, blending into the long satisfying finish
Our club exclusive 2019 Premier Red blend is composed of 53% Merlot, 26% Cabernet Franc, and 21% Pinot Noir. The nose speaks of ripe succulent cherries and has a floral touch. Less of a powerhouse than past incarnations, but more focused and elegant.
Our fourth iteration of the Premier Red is a pretty wine. More savory and a touch herbal, this Premier Red also packs lots of fruit in its lunchbox: raspberries, black currants, and blackberries. It’s balanced on a razors edge between acid and tannin, with a long finish.
A satisfying mousse of bubbles upon pouring, this wine is filled with notes of perfectly ripe peaches and pears among other orchard fruits. Light, refreshing, and enjoyable - a wonderful wine to pack for a picnic!
The 2021 Treleaven Dry Riesling has a nose of limes, orange peel, and not-quite-ripe peach that gives way to a surprising palate that is textural and full bodied, it almost envelopes your mouth, before returning to a key lime pie finish that sits with you as you finish the glass.
A tad drier than the previous vintage, the 2020 Silver Lining offers a nose of lemons with a full and rich finish. Notes of apples and autumn fruits, this wine should be on your shelves for cooler weather.
A round, but fresh wine defined by the backbone of acidity from the vintage. Floral notes in the glass shine before transitioning to a lemon and hazelnut palate. A classic, minimal style wine that is barrel fermented for texture. Named after our owner, Tacie Saltonstall, each vintage of Tacie's Chardonnay has to receive her seal of approval.
The 2020 Reserve Chardonnay has an immediate nose of honey, green apples, and white florals upon pouring. The palate is tight but full, with savory oak influenced notes bringing you an experience akin to biting into the perfect pastry.
This wine rolls around the tongue draped in aromas of orange & grapefruit. The finish has a phenolic edge that helps push back some of the sugar & keeps one from being overpowered
If Shel Silverstein and Dr. Seuss made a Riesling it would be the Wobbly Rock. The 2021 Wobbly Rock Riesling is feather light, and shoots across the palate like an arrow. There is a snappy combination of acid and sugar that make this immediately refreshing and thirst quenching, practically a summer’s day in the bottle with peaches, lime blossom and a green tea note.
The 2020 Wobbly Rock blush is bursting with sweetness. A lovely shade of pink in color, this wine is a beguiling combination of strawberries and cream. With a satisfying easy finish, this wine makes you wish for another.
Composed of 100% Vidal grapes from our estate vineyard, this sweet white wine has a golden color in the glass and the palate is full of apricots and pineapple.
