Our 2021 Estate Grown Cabernet Franc has a nose of cherries and vanilla with a delicate and soft tannin structure. Hints of peppercorn and warm baking spices produce a long drawn out finish.

Our fourth iteration of the Premier Red is a pretty wine. More savory and a touch herbal, this Premier Red also packs lots of fruit in its lunchbox: raspberries, black currants, and blackberries. It’s balanced on a razors edge between acid and tannin, with a long finish.
This highly unique red wine was made to test the winemaking teams creativity. Gewurztraminer serves to soften and broaden the wine while the stems serves to strengthen the finish of the wine. Co-Fermented Cabernet Franc and Gewurztraminer with the addition of stems to bring forward more structure and tannin.
Our first ever bubbly rosé! The 2021 Rosé Ebullient showcases fresh and fruity aromatics. A blend of 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Merlot; both fruits were grown by Sawmill Creek Vineyard.
A reflection of the vintage, this wine is lighter, brighter, and easy-drinking than its predecessor. Composed of delicate aromatics, soft fruits, a broad palate and a low tannin finish, this wine is day-to-day enjoyable.
