The 2021 Treleaven Merlot brings together a savory herbal side with unexpected freshness, it is akin to biting into a plum just before it was ripe, the skin crunches and snaps, the flesh still sings of the tree, the earth and the sky, still part of the plant while also on the verge of becoming something more.
This rare single vineyard vintage is from Sawmill Creek Vineyard. The nose abounds with dried flowers, rose petals, and violets but then also fresh fruits, dusky cherries, raspberries, currants.
A reflection of the vintage, this wine is lighter, brighter, and easy-drinking than its predecessor. Composed of delicate aromatics, soft fruits, a broad palate and a low tannin finish, this wine is day-to-day enjoyable.
A single vineyard wine from Patrician Verona Vineyards on Cayuga Lake near Hosmer winery. The 2021 Cabernet Franc is light-bodied with minimal tannins. Juicy cherry tones dominate the nose.
Our club exclusive 2019 Premier Red blend is composed of 53% Merlot, 26% Cabernet Franc, and 21% Pinot Noir. The nose speaks of ripe succulent cherries and has a floral touch. Less of a powerhouse than past incarnations, but more focused and elegant.
Our fourth iteration of the Premier Red is a pretty wine. More savory and a touch herbal, this Premier Red also packs lots of fruit in its lunchbox: raspberries, black currants, and blackberries. It’s balanced on a razors edge between acid and tannin, with a long finish.
The 2021 Dry Rosé is composed of a variety of fruits sourced throughout the Finger Lakes including Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and bit of Petit Syrah.
Our first ever bubbly rosé! The 2021 Rosé Ebullient showcases fresh and fruity aromatics. A blend of 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Merlot; both fruits were grown by Sawmill Creek Vineyard.
