Co-Fermented Cabernet Franc and Gewurztraminer with the addition of stems to bring forward more structure and tannin.
Our 2021 Estate Grown Cabernet Franc has a nose of cherries and vanilla with a delicate and soft tannin structure. Hints of peppercorn and warm baking spices produce a long drawn out finish.
