Our sixth iteration of the Premier Red is a rare 100% Pinot Noir, full of red fruits and delicate rose petals. Showing the savory earthy qualities people love, mushrooms freshly turned soil after a rain, orange peel, and a sanguine quality that gives way to vanishing velvety tannins.
This highly unique red wine was made to test the winemaking teams creativity. Gewurztraminer serves to soften and broaden the wine while the stems serves to strengthen the finish of the wine. Co-Fermented Cabernet Franc and Gewurztraminer with the addition of stems to bring forward more structure and tannin.
Our first rendition of the Premier White is 100% Vidal Blanc from our estate vineyard. This late harvest Vidal went through a freeze thaw method, which lent to beautiful aromatics, and perfumy tropical notes.
This rare single vineyard vintage is from Sawmill Creek Vineyard. The nose abounds with dried flowers, rose petals, and violets but then also fresh fruits, dusky cherries, raspberries, currants.
