Blend - 80% Petite Sirah, 18% Gewurztraminer, 2% Cabernet Franc

HIGHLIGHTS - One of two wines made in the Finger Lakes from Petite Sirah. Co-fermented with Gewürztraminer to add some lightness and aromatics to a dark and brooding wine. Aged for 9 months in barrels to allow the wine to knit itself together at its own pace in newer barrels to help harness the young wines tannins. Aged in 225L Barrels in a mix of French, American and Hungarian.
