• This Cabernet Franc is the inaugural vintage from the new Lake Road Vineyards, located just down the road from our estate in King Ferry. Young vines tend to exhibit a distinctive fruitiness and exuberance during their early years as they continue to grow and mature.
• Fermented at low temperatures to enhance fruit flavors and achieve delicate extraction, with regular pumping over of the caps to contribute color and structure.
