Winemakers notes:

• Crafted from two distinct fermentations, each contributing its unique element. The Pinot Noir offers aromatics, delicacy, and freshness, while the Cabernet Franc brings fruit, power, and structure.
• Sourced entirely from Cayuga Lake, with Cabernet Franc from our own estate vineyard and Pinot Noir from Lake Road Vineyards nearby.
• Varieties : 69% Pinot Noir, 31% Cabernet Franc
• Fruit was cold soaked on the skins for just one day, resulting in a delicately refined pink hue.
