Winemakers Notes: The Silver Lining served as the initial launchpad for our Stainless Steel Series of wines. We aged it on the lees for 6 months to enrich its body and flavor, then halted the process early using cold temperatures to preserve as much of the fruit character as possible.

Food Pairing Notes:  A fan favorite for just about anything. We suggest chicken or grilled fish. Pasta or risotto with summer vegetables, and Simply Cookie's Aurora salad.
