2015 Sophistocrats Bruno
Bruno is our sweet red table wine. Made with a blend of 62% Leon Millot from Tabora Vineyards and 38% Vidal Blanc from our own Estate. Hints of blueberry and vanilla on the nose with the body of a cherry Danish followed by a nice clean finish.
Food Pairing : Chicago-style meat lover's pizza. Season BBQ shrimp. Italian sausage tortellini. Poached pears and raspberry tarts.
