2019 Tacie's Chardonnay
A round, but fresh wine defined by the backbone of acidity from the vintage. Floral notes in the glass shine before transitioning to a lemon and hazelnut palate. A classic, minimal style wine that is barrel fermented for texture. Named after our owner, Tacie Saltonstall, each vintage of Tacie's Chardonnay has to receive her seal of approval.
100% Estate Grown.
Winemaker's Notes: The Tacie’s Chardonnay is estate grown and produced Chardonnay. These vines were one of the first varietals planted in Treleaven Vineyards in 1984 and the age of the vines lend the resulting vintage depth and structure. Fermented and aged in blend of older French, Hungarian and American oak barrels
Food Pairings: Bay scallop chowder. Creamy mustard and tarragon chicken. Avocado and tuna tapas. Crab cakes
