Our fourth iteration of the Premier Red is a pretty wine. More savory and a touch herbal, this Premier Red also packs lots of fruit in its lunchbox: raspberries, black currants, and blackberries. It’s balanced on a razors edge between acid and tannin, with a long finish. Very precocious at the moment, a bit young and wild but will certainly settle down with time.

•   A single vineyard 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Nutt Road Vineyard grown by Anthony Road
•   Fermented in tank in with twice-a-day pump overs to maximize extraction and color while low temperatures helped promote and preserve fruit flavors.
