Winemaker Notes: This Riesling is handpicked and then pressed as whole clusters in a single load, with the juice divided into free-run and pressings. At this stage, they undergo distinct processing: one portion is oxidized and aged in stainless steel before being transferred to tirage, while the other is naturally fermented and aged in barrels for 23 months prior to bottling.
