2021 Estate Cabernet Franc
Composed of 100% Cabernet Franc this vintage showcases a nose of cherries and vanilla with a delicate and soft tannin structure. Hints of peppercorn and warm baking spices produce a long drawn out finish.
Winemakers Notes: Aged for 9 months to allow the wine to knit itself together at its own pace. Fermented at low temperatures to promote fruit flavors and delicate extraction while the caps were pumped over regularly.
Food Pairing Notes: Steak au poivre, roasted pork loin with potatoes and herbs, baked brie with fresh blackberries, and roast chicken with herbes de provence.
