The 2021 Premier Dry Rosé is a club exclusive wine composed of 100% Pinot Noir grapes from our estate vineyard on Cayuga lake. A large portion of the fruits were hand-picked, making this iteration an extremely fruit forward, yet delicate and round wine. Notes of strawberries and sweet cherries.
