The 2023 Rosé Ebullient brings a sparkle to the world of pink. A gentle effervescence fills the mouth almost tickling the senses with blood orange, grapefruit, mint and eucalyptus play along the edges of the wine and the sweetness with a soothing finish.

Winemaker Notes: To maintain the aromatics and freshness, this vintage underwent a slightly shortened fermentation process. Native yeast played a key role in fermenting the wine, capturing the essence of the Finger Lakes region. The wine was aged on lees for six months to enhance its texture and body, adding richness to the final product.
