The 2022 Blanc Ebullient vintage has a big peach nose with sweet pea green notes, and a savory base, the palate is well balanced, bright and easy going, the mix of vintages has resulted in a softer rounder wine than years past.

Vineyard Notes: These grapes are predominantly grown on our own estate vineyard with a portion provided by our steadfast friends at Sawmill Creek Vineyards on Seneca Lake.

Winemakers Notes: This wine is force carbonated which allows for a less powerful style of bubbles that help make our Blanc Ebullient more approachable. Composed of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Vidal, 10% Riesling.

Food Pairing Notes: The perfect sipping bubbly for any Brunch! Bagels and lox, shakshouka, and steamed shrimp & shellfish. Prosciutto and melon.
