The 2022 Semi-Dry Riesling has a wonderful balance of texture, weight and sugar that are intertwined so tightly it is hard to nail down a single component to compliment. This wine is neither sweet nor dry, light or heavy, powerful or delicate but dances between all of them with beguiling charm.

Winemakers Notes:  There are three different blocks of our estate vineyard provided the fruit for the semi-dry, as well as lots from Hosmer and Lahoma Vineyards. Each lot was fermented separately at different temperatures and to different sugar levels before being blended together to form amore complete and complex wine. Several components were cold soaked on the skins for 1-2 days to provide greater body, flavor and extract to the final blend.

Food Pairings: Asian fusion and curries. Sausage and sauerkraut. Sushi with wasabi and BBQ shrimp.
