The 2022 Wobbly Rock has lime notes, nectarine, floral almost pollen like aromas, and a touch of apricot as well. The palate is broader, this is a more powerful take on the style than previous vintages, full and harmonious throughout with good balance between the ripe flavors and the acid.

Winemakers Notes: Composed of 100% Riesling fruits from our estate vineyard. This wine was made by cold fermenting fresh-pressed juice in stainless steel tanks. Inoculated with a select strain of yeast in order to achieve the intense fruit profile of this wine.

Food Pairing Notes: Mandarin chicken salad. Spicy BBQ chicken pizza. Hawaiian burger. Light to medium cheeses like Gouda. Chips and salsa. Cherry pie and apple strudel.
