In the newest release of the Blanc Ebullient, there is a lovely jasmine note on the nose while peach, apricot, bloom in the mid palate, surrounded by tickling bubbles, tingling acid, and a sweet tender finish.

Vineyard Notes: These grapes are predominantly grown on our own estate vineyard with a portion provided by our steadfast friends at Sawmill Creek Vineyards on Seneca Lake.

Winemakers Notes: This wine is force carbonated which allows for a less powerful style of bubbles that help make our Blanc Ebullient more approachable. Composed of 50% Chardonnay, 40% Vidal, 10% Riesling. Chardonnay serves as the core of this blend providing generosity and body, the Vidal provides the fruit and richness to the mix, with the Riesling serving to keep things fresh and provide extra acidity.

Food Pairing Notes: The perfect sipping bubbly for any Brunch! Bagels and lox, shakshouka, and steamed shrimp & shellfish. Prosciutto and melon.
