The Cabernet Franc used in this wine comes exclusively from Cayuga Lake, including our estate vineyard and Quarry Ridge Vineyards nearby. Crafting a single variety Rosé allows the Cabernet Franc to showcase a different character, presenting a new facet while remaining true to the familiar grape.
