This highly unique red wine was made to test the winemaking teams creativity. Gewurztraminer serves to soften and broaden the wine while the stems serves to strengthen the finish of the wine. Co-Fermented Cabernet Franc and Gewurztraminer with the addition of stems to bring forward more structure and tannin.

The palate is broader, this is a more powerful take on the style than previous vintages, full and harmonious throughout with good balance between the ripe flavors and the acid.

Our first rendition of the Premier White is 100% Vidal Blanc from our estate vineyard. This late harvest Vidal went through a freeze thaw method, which lent to beautiful aromatics, and perfumy tropical notes.
